Geometric Model of Corporate Culture: Be Round in Disposition and Square in Action
The big circle represents the core value system of the company, with the central circle representing the employees, and the other three small circles representing the customers, shareholders and society, respectively. The diameter of the four small circles is equal and one-half of that of the big circle. The area of the four small circles is equal, and the sum of the area of them is equal to that of the big one, which means the mission of the company is to strive for “customer recognition, pride of employees, return to shareholders, and giving-back to community”.
The central circle and the big circle are concentric circles, indicating that the employees always stand together with the company, the company is people-oriented, and the employees are the core force of development and innovation; the other three small circles are tangent to the larger circle, with the tangent points dividing the circumference of the larger circle by three equal parts, and intersecting at the center of the central circle; the centers of the three smaller circles are on the circumference of the central circle, meaning the company and its employees will always put the customers, shareholders and society first, showing the core values of “integrity, fraternity, excellence and sharing”.
The big circle is green, which means the company pursues green development, and advocates harmonious coexistence with nature; the shareholder circle is gold, which means the company aims to create greater value for the shareholders; the customer circle is blue, which means the company will always be customer-oriented; the society circle is red, meaning the company works to benefit the society and people’s livelihood; the employee circle is white, showing that the employees are loyal to the customers, shareholders and society, providing their diligent service to the enterprise, and advocating the corporate vision of “health, happiness, passion and joy”.
The base of the model is a cube, with the side length being equal to the outer diameter of the big circle. The whole model is round on the upper side and square on the lower. The geometric figure is a combination of motion and stillness, which means the company advocates the idea of being square and flexible, inclusive, modest and open-minded, respecting individuality and commonality, mutual respect and harmonious development: coping with changes by sticking to a fundamental principle, seeking stability in the midst of change and vice versa, with the corporate spirit of “passion, confidence, collaboration and innovation” to constantly promote the harmonious and innovative development of the enterprise.
